INDUSTRY ANALYSIS RESULTS SUMMARY
Profits generated by the film and television industry alone topped 80 billion in 2010, with an 18% increase this year, mainly due to heightened activity in the children's television category.  And is continually undergoing rapid growth. So Phoenix Flight Entertainment is faced with the perfect opportunity to capitalize on this growing market.

Children's video: programming is, by far, the fastest-growing gender in original programming. Children's titles are estimated to account for some 10 to15% of the overall home video revenues. It has become one of the most profitable segments of the video market. Phoenix Flight Entertainment has determined that a need exists within these markets for Roddy Raccoon.

Children's Television: is undoubtedly the most promising of the non-feature program genres. Unlike other forms of programming, children's tapes are automatically "repeatable." A child will enthusiastically watch a favorite program 30 to 50 times!

The most successful children's fare has been recognizable licensed characters. Roddy Raccoon, Stirring Things Up With The Little Raccoons, and Lets Create Something With The Little Raccoons, will be among this list.

The largest increase in programming  is in the proportion of shows aired on basic cable venues. Last year basic cable channels aired 50% of children's programs; this year they account for over 55%.

The elementary school-aged audience still appears to be the audience of choice for programmers. Slightly up from previous years when nearly two-thirds of all programs were produced for five-to-eleven year-olds, this year nearly three-quarters of programs are made for elementary school-aged children, the Roddy Raccoon series should fair well in this category.

With the well-structured educational and moral values concept the avenues for the Roddy Raccoon show are limitless.
